2XL Home customers relish a seamless experience when it comes to our Returns Process.  We believe that returns should be made comfortable and fast.

 2XL Home recommends you to immediately inspect any products that we deliver to you or that you collect from 2XL Home warehouse, to ensure you are satisfied with the items.

About our Refund, Return & Repair Policy

  • This is the Refund, Repair and Return Policy of 2XL Home, and applies when you make an online purchase from
  • At any time, 2XL Home reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification. Please contact our Customer Service Team  (E-mail: or call 800 295) for more details.

Damaged & Incorrect Items:

  1. Customers can process a return request if items were damaged at the time of delivery
  2. Returns must be processed within 24 hours from the date of delivery
  3. Not applied to the items that were collected by the customers.

 Change of Mind:

  1. In case you have a change of mind, the returns must be processed within 14 days from the delivery date
  2. Refund will only be processed only as Credit Balance into your E-Wallet
  3. The returned items will be subject to our Quality Control
  4. In case we find any damage or misuse of the item, we will not process the return or refund
  5. In case of any products that are already assembled will be subject to approval by 2XL Home management for the refund
  6. Items such as bedding linens, towels, cushion covers, etc will not be applicable for any return request for hygiene reasons
  7. Made to order products will not be applicable for return request
  8. Returns will not be accepted for delivered furniture. Exchange will be subject to approval by 2XL Home management.


Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team (E-mail: or call 800 295) then our Customer Service Team will contact you to set a returning time.

Pick -up:

  • 2XL Home will arrange to have the product returned to the warehouse for the check, and you will get an acknowledgement receipt.
  •  Provided that the product is returned in its original condition, original packaging; and accompanied by the delivery order number or another acceptable form of proof of purchase.
